The Network Video Recorder Instant is Ubiquiti's ultra-compact NVR designed for ISPs, WISPs, and integrators deploying UniFi Protect camera systems and UniFi Access door control. Its pocket-sized form factor (220 x 220 x 47 mm) makes it ideal for space-constrained installations while delivering professional-grade surveillance and access management capabilities.
Built on a quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 processor with 4 GB RAM, this NVR supports up to 6 simultaneous 4K cameras, 8 2K cameras, or 15 Full HD streams. The integrated 6-port PoE switch (40W budget) powers compatible cameras and devices directly—eliminating the need for separate PoE injectors. A single 3.5" HDD bay provides expandable local storage, while the integrated HDMI Viewport and 1.14" screen enable at-a-glance monitoring.
