Rule 1
1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca will honor the Manufacturer (Ubiquiti Networks Inc.) warranty if a unit is found to be defective within 14 days of receiving your order. Once this time frame expires, Warranty claims will be handled by the Manufacturer. There is a 1 year Manufacturer warranty on all Ubiquiti units.
Rule 2
Any warranty claim for Airfiber is to be handled by the Manufacturer only. An authorized 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca representative must issue an RMA number for defect prior to returning any defective unit. An RMA number issued for defect is valid for 7 business days from the date issued. If 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca does not receive the defective product in question within this time frame or receive a valid tracking number indicating the return has been shipped then the RMA will be voided.
Rule 3
If the above terms have not been followed the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. All Products shipped to 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca under RMA, exchange or refund must be freight prepaid by the customer. 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca will pay the shipping charges to send RMA replacements via a carrier of our choice. Customer may request and would be solely responsible for payment of any shipping upgrades.

• Customer is also responsible for any return shipping charges if a unit has been tested and found NOT to be defective
Rule 4
All C.O.D and collect shipments will be refused and 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca will not be held responsible for any return shipping charges incurred by not accepting C.O.D or collect shipments 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca will not accept the return of any opened unit for exchange, credit or refund. 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca will gladly exchange, credit or refund any unit that is not a special order item if we are notified within 14 days of purchase.
Rule 5
All returns for exchange, refund or credit must be in the original packaging in NEW and UNUSED condition with the factory seals intact. All returns for exchange or refund must be authorized by a 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca representative. If Authorized, you will be issued a Restock RMA number prior to the return and a 10% restock fee will apply. A Restock RMA number is valid for 7 business days from the date of issue. If 1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca does not receive the return within this time frame or tracking number indicating the item has been shipped, then the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Rule 6
Special order or non stock items are non-returnable and any warranty claim for special order or non stock items must be handled by the manufacturer.
Rule 7
1TNT.ca and UBNT.ca will not handle any warranty claims for Mikrotik or Digital Loggers. You will have to RMA with them directly.
Brokerage, Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver for all orders shipped outside Canada.
