The EdgeRouter 4 is a fanless edge router designed for ISPs, WISPs, and service providers requiring dependable routing at the network edge. Its compact fanless design makes it ideal for outdoor, remote, or noise-sensitive deployments where reliability and low power consumption are critical.
Built around a powerful 4-core 1 GHz MIPS64 processor with 1 GB DDR3 RAM, the ER4 delivers robust routing performance while consuming just 13W maximum power. The device includes three 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet ports plus one 1 Gbps SFP port for flexible connectivity and uplink options, all protected by comprehensive ESD/EMP shielding.
